1. The room planner service

AI Room & Home Planner: LiDAR is an iPhone and iPad room planner, home planner, and LiDAR 3D scanner. It helps you scan rooms, create floor plans, measure in AR, visualize spaces in 3D, place furniture, estimate renovation costs for planning, and explore AI room design ideas.

2. iPhone and iPad eligibility

You need a compatible iPhone or iPad running iOS 17 or later. 3D room scanning requires a LiDAR-equipped Pro model. By using the app you confirm you can agree to these terms.

3. App Store account and Apple

Downloads and payments go through the App Store. Apple’s terms apply to billing. Optional in-app purchases may be offered; current pricing is shown in the App Store, not invented here.

4. Your floor plans and room photos

You keep the rights to the rooms you scan, the photos you import, and the plans you create. You give us a limited license to process that content only to provide the features you asked for, including iCloud sync on your account.

5. Room planner estimates are not professional advice

Measurements, LiDAR scans, AR previews, renovation estimates, and AI room images are planning aids. They are not architectural drawings, engineering plans, contractor quotes, or a guarantee that furniture will fit. Verify anything you will build, cut, or purchase.

6. Acceptable use of the home planner

Do not misuse the app, attempt to break it, or use it for anything unlawful. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

7. Availability of the floor plan app

Features can change as we improve the product. We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by Apple, iCloud, or your device.

8. Disclaimer for this LiDAR room scanner

The app and website are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability for home planning

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rocket Digital Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for renovation, moving, or furniture decisions made using the app.
